Your privacy and the security and protection of your personal data is important to us as is your trust in our products and services. This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you sign up for, access or otherwise use CupClub (our “Platform”) as well as describing what choices you have relating to your personal data and how you can contact us.


When you use our Platform, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including but not limited to information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you go through our Platform, we will collect information about your use and information about how you interact with the Platform. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.” We collect Device Information using the following technologies: “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. We use the Personal Information to identify you when you use CupClub, to fulfill any services that we have promised to provide to you, to communicate with you; screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and when in line with the preferences you have set for your account, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services. We also use the Personal Information more generally to improve and optimise our Platform (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns). We also use and disclose your Personal Information for the business purposes described in this policy and in our Terms of Use, including to: audit our Platform, detect security incidents and prevent fraud, debug and repair errors, maintain your account, provide customer service, process or fulfill orders, conduct research and development and other activities to improve our Platform, show advertising, market our Platform, and understand how users interact with our Platform.


We share certain Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. We’ll try and share this with you as soon as we can. Have your information corrected or deleted. You can update your information in your profile or delete your data by closing your account. Object to us processing your information. You can ask us to stop using your information, including when we use your information to send you marketing emails or push notifications. If you opt out of receiving marketing messages from us, we may still send you updates about your accounts. Have the information you provided to us sent to another organisation, where we hold this information with your consent or for the performance of a contract with you, and, where it's technically feasible for us to do so. If you have a CupClub account, you can opt-out of receiving our marketing communications by modifying your preferences in the "view or change my profile" section of our App or site. You can also opt-out by modifying your email or SMS subscriptions by clicking on the unsubscribe link or following the opt-out instructions included in the message. Please note that we do not alter our Platform’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.


We only keep your information for as long as we need it to provide CupClub to you and fulfil the purposes described in this policy. This is also the case for anyone that we share your information with and who carries out services on our behalf. When we no longer need to use your information and there is no need for us to keep it to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations, we’ll either remove it from our systems or anonymise it so we can’t identify you.


CupClub does not target or knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we may have collected information about your child, please contact us through the contacts described in this policy.


We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. We reserve the right to amend this privacy notice at our discretion and at any time.
